Key Accountabilities

• Revenue Generation: generating revenue through developing and maintaining relationships with  current and new clients and increasing volume and margin ratio 

• Collection: reduce aging by collecting all pending dues within appropriate credit limit time frame 

• Business Development: introduce new products to market and develop business by educating  clients about CME brands and range of products.

 

Job Content

1. Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively. 

2. Maintaining contact with new and existing customers to advertise the product sales and deliver a  detailed account strategy. Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.

3. Delivering presentations of the company products at conferences, customer sites and exhibitions.

4. Meeting annual sales goals and targets. 

5. Maintaining the company’s contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and  activity details. 

6. Delivering platform presentations, publications, posters at conferences. 

7. Producing monthly sales reports. 

8. Testing new product releases to support product development team. 

9. Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and the  service delivery. 

10. Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support  and across the company. 

11. Assisting to identify the opportunities for upcoming products, and for development and  enhancement of existing products. 

12. Motivating all sales staff to share relevant data about the market in facilitating the ease of retrieval,  recording, and use of information. 

13. Negotiating the agreement terms and closing sales. 

14. Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying  business threats and opportunities. 

15. Minimizing expiry products by set target. 

16. Complying with the HACCP & ISO procedures at all times. 

17. Attending meetings or training courses as required.

 

Skills

Qualifications and Experience

• College /University diploma or at least three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Minimum three years related experience in customer associated sales. 

• Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Must be familiar with all products line and customer base. 

• Must have a valid Qatar driving license.
