JOB DESCRIPTION
 
The incumbent will be responsible for the day to day incoming and outgoing calls of the cancer screening call in accordance with the call center operational guidelines and screening service pathway. Responsible to invite, convince participants and to guide them through the screening journey with patience, understanding and in a professional and courteous manner, striving to maintain highest level of patient support and service.
 
Key Duties:
 
Scheduler’s primary role is to call, invite and convince eligible population to participate, and to also handle incoming or other type of calls related to the service.
Assure compliance with document control, standards, policies and procedures, highlighting any errors or omissions.
Schedule appointments by utilizing and optimizing prescribed clinic slots for efficient scheduling.
Provides thorough scheduling procedure by adhering to the scheduling guidelines.
Assure all information provided to the participant and to the public are accurate and consistent with the internal guidelines, instructions and protocols.
Rigorously verify participant information and update the information provided in the medical information system
Update, record any data provided by the participant and report any data inconsistencies to help desk or to the call center manager.
Provides accurate answers or information to participants’ or patients’ inquiries by being up-to-date and well informed to the latest information or guidelines provided by the call center manager
Handles proficiently and politely all complaints from any callers and knows how to escalate issues to the next level.
Comply with the Quality Assurance guidelines.
Adheres to the call center policies, guidelines, processes and prescribed work schedules.
Handles other responsibilities that will be assigned by the call center manager.
Achieve the daily, weekly and monthly goals and target.
Scheduler will report directly to the call center manager.
 
Points to be noted:
 
Working days: 6 Days/ Week
Timing: 07:30 AM to 8:30 PM (8 Hours per day, Shifting)
Location of work: Al Ruwais
