Buccaneers Stars Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski Will Undergo Alex Guerrero’s Superior Fitness Training

The Patriots power duo are back together, but this time they’ll be playing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After Brady left New England, Rob Gronkowski wasn’t the same. His pace slowed, and he even admitted not wanting to be on the field. But Brady worked his magic to convince the Buc’s to trade for Gronk and they’ll be training with the best online personal trainer.

Alex Guerrero has been training Brady for a long time. His background in Chinese medicine and massage helped him develop new methods for dealing with muscle pains. In fact, after 3 consecutive Super Bowl championships, Brady was feeling a lot of pain in his elbow. Through deep tissue massage and movement training, he was feeling completely new. The two went on to create TB12, a Sports Therapy Center located next to Gillette Stadium. The gym focuses on Guerrero’s style of fitness training to make resilient athletes who will keep performing at their best.

Meanwhile, Rob Gronkowski has to focus on getting back in the rhythm to be ready for Guerrero’s training. The tight end admitted to feeling the pressure, and even went so far as to say he didn’t want to be on the field in past seasons:

“I 100 percent lost a step (last year),” he said. “I actually lost like three steps [in]  some games. I didn’t even want to be out there on the field. I was like, ‘Yo, I feel like a complete a–. Coach, put Dwayne (Allen) in, I don’t even care. ‘I was at that point.”

Reunited (And it Feels So Good)

Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski were recently reunited after playing together with the New England Patriots for several years. Brady first shocked fans after he accepted a trade from the Patriots to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tampa owner Bruce Arians chose Gronk after Brady convinced him. As it turns out, Gronk swore never to play with another quarterback if it wasn’t Brady, and was focusing his efforts on wrestling. Even with all these commitments, he’s only missed one football season, meaning he can still work on fitness training.

Before the trade made news, Rob Gronkowski was making wrestling headlines with WWE, even taking the 24/7 Championship. A video posted on WWE’s Instagram account shows Gronk leaping from a balcony and flattening a group of wrestlers for the title. Before becoming champion, though, Rob made his first appearance with WWE as a host, and things quickly escalated from there. That’s why many were surprised he suddenly made the decision to leave an early retirement and reunite with his old buddy Brady.

Even if Alex Guerrero is one of the best personal trainers being discussed online in 2020, he’ll really have to work his magic on Brady and Gronk. The two will need to find their rhythm again, and Gronkowski will have to leave his wrestling workouts at home and adjust to Guerrero’s style. Whether he’ll be able to pull it off, nobody knows, but we’ve seen spectacular results from Brady so far, so it's possible.
