Palestinian-American supermodel Bella Hadid is in Qatar, as announced today, October 25, 2022, on her official Instagram handle.
Wearing a red overall dress and a Palestinian keffiyeh (kufiya) headdress in an Instagram photo posted hours ago, she said:
"Landed in Doha and went straight to see the incredible new Palestine exhibition, 'Labour of Love"
“Embroidering Palestinian History will take visitors on a journey of discovery of tatreez embroidery as woven into the social, economic, and political fabric of Palestinian society, through different historical periods.”
Bella added: "This show brought tears to my eyes and even more pride for my beautiful Palestinian roots and people. I love you Qatar and I love you Palestine!"
Bella's father, Mohamed Hadid, was born in Palestine, and Bella has been very vocal in her support of 'Free Palestine' advocacy as the Israel-Palestine conflict continues to heat up.
