Qatar Strongly Condemns Attack on a Funeral in Iraq

The State of Qatar has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that took place on a funeral gathering in Saladin Governorate in northern Iraq

Doha, July 31  - The State of Qatar has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that took place on a funeral gathering in Saladin Governorate in northern Iraq, leading to deaths and injuries.

In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of motives and reasons.

The Ministry expressed Qatar's condolences to the victims' families, the government and the people of Iraq, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
