United Cars Almana (UCA), the authorized Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge sales and service dealer in Qatar, held a session with its female customers to engrain in them a better understanding of their vehicles and how to maintain them.

The session, held at UCA’s state-of-the-art showroom, was designed to give back to loyal customers and thank them for their continued support, in line with the dealership’s goal to provide the best in customer service.

Attendees, including members of the Jeep Wrangler Owners Club, were given an extensive guided tour through the technical elements in their vehicles, including what each of the dashboard icons represent and what action to take if one of the warning lights flashes or stays illuminated. The professional UCA technicians focused on each of the instruments including tire pressure monitor, oil level warning lights, brake warning light and the engine warning system.

Furthermore, the comprehensive education program took the female attendees through all elements of car maintenance, such as how to check windscreen wiper blades, where to locate the jack system and how to operate it in the event of a flat tire. UCA’s highly trained team also handed out detailed advice on how to inspect engine oil quality, engine coolant levels and the car’s battery.

A key message of the session was to advise why it is important to care for your car like it is a family member and UCA highlighted the quality service its dedicated team provide by showcasing its range of genuine Mopar parts and accessories.

“The session was valuable for all involved and was important for us to show how committed we are to engaging with our loyal customers and fulfilling our promise to provide the very best in customer service,” said Gurdeep Multani, UCA General Manager.

“We strive to always have a strong relationship with our clients and having our team of experts give car owners advice on what they can do to look after their vehicles is our way of giving back.”

Jeep Wrangler Owners Club member Dina Mahmoud, who attended the session, added: “This was a great initiative from United Cars Almana (UCA). Every driver should have some knowledge of the technical aspects and maintenance requirements of their car.

“By hosting this detailed session the team from UCA have shown just how much they are committed to after-sales service. As a customer, programs such as this make you feel valued.”
