Reading drawings and scope of work in order to produce detailed program, bar chart, S-curve or project critical path network for various phases of projects, engineering, procurement, construction (civil, mechanical / piping, structural, building, pre-commissioning and commissioning).
Production of breakdown of various phases of works to generate quantities and percentages on weekly/ monthly basis for cash-flow , payment purposes and reporting.
Preparation of periodic reports with all the required information, to effectively manage the project and highlight the areas of concern
